Participants should first arrive at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parconaturaviva.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parco Natura Viva<\/a> to register and then proceed to walk to the conference room.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The conference room can host around 200 guests.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Meals<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lunches will be available at the restaurant of Parco Natura Viva. Participants must indicate these sessions and any dietary restrictions (if applicable) when registering for the event. They will need to pay Parco Natura Viva for their lunches on-site with cash or card.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>There are two lunch options:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>\u20ac11 per person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mineral water (50ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>main course to choose from the menu of the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fruit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>or \u20ac15 per person:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>mineral water (50ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>main course to choose from the menu of the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>second course to choose from the menu of the day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fruit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bread<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Parco Natura Viva will also offer a free dinner on Saturday, 12 November.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coffee breaks will be served in the same building as the conference room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Closer to the event date, we will also suggest good restaurants where participants can choose to have dinner on other nights.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to arrive<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Travel by car<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>When approaching Bussolengo or Pastrengo, there are several brown signposts providing clear directions toward Parco Natura Viva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Driving via highway:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When coming from Milan (highway Milano-Venezia), exit at Sommacampagna<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When coming from Venezia and from Bologna, exit Verona Nord<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When coming from Trento (highway Brennero), exit Affi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Then follow directions to Parco Natura Viva \u2013 Safari Park.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alternatively, you can also check online for the easiest way to arrive at&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/g.page\/parco-natura-viva-bussolengo?share\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Parco Natura Viva via Google Maps<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The parking area at Parco Natura Viva is free for all attendees.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Travel by plane<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The closest international airports are Verona Villafranca Airport, Milan Bergamo Airport and Venice Marco Polo Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Verona&nbsp;<\/strong>to Parco Natura Viva by car takes around 25 minutes.
