The 1st edition of Observarribas<\/a>, a festival of bird watching and outdoor activities on the spectacular cliffs of the Douro, and organized as part of the LIFE RUPIS project, will take place next weekend.<\/p>\n

The festival, co-organized by LIFE RUPIS<\/a> project and the municipality of Miranda do Douro, will include dozens of activities around nature and culture, including bird watching field trips, nature walks, lectures, activities for the young and cultural and gastronomic events.<\/p>\n

Observarribas is really a festival to celebrate Nature, including vultures, in a beautiful but still little-known area of Iberia, the canyons of the Douro valley. With it, the project LIFE RUPIS wants to bring visitors to come to the Douro International and witness the area\u00b4s natural wealth.<\/p>\n
