Financial award for early-career researchers working on vultures

The Hawk Conservancy Trust’s Marion Paviour Award (maximum award £1000) was created to help early-career researchers working on raptor and vultures.

The proposed project must be focused on conservation and/or research of birds of prey, including vultures.

All uses of funds will be considered, however preference will be given to those applying for support for fieldwork, conference fees to present work, or travel costs (for fieldwork or conference attendance) over equipment costs.

Applications close on 30 June 2018; decisions will be made before the end of July. Funds will be released no earlier than August 2018.
