Last year, we had to cancel our much-awaited Annual Bearded Vulture Meeting due to the ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. But this year, we remain optimistic that we will meet in person once again to learn from each other and celebrate the species! Together with our partners and hosts, we are currently organising the Annual Bearded Vulture Meeting 2021, which will take place alongside the final LIFE GypConnect Seminar on 25 to 28 November 2021 at Martouret in Die, Drôme, located in the heart of the breathtaking Vercors Regional Natural Park in France.
Programme
The programme is under preparation, and we hope to make it available to the public shortly. The final LIFE GypConnect seminar aims to give an overview of the projects main results, research outputs and lessons learnt. The Annual Bearded Vulture Meeting 2021 will provide insight into many topics including, captive breeding, release strategies, recent studies and reproduction trends. More information on the preliminary topics and programme is available on the event page.
